Bob Peach – President

Bob possesses an extensive background in the electronic security industry. He started his career as a technician at Eastern Video Systems in 1987. During his 6+ year career at EVS he was recognized several times for his technical abilities. After leaving EVS he joined Universal Systems Associates, a small NH based firm who were looking to expand their technical knowledge base. It was during this time at USA that Bob was introduced to what a manufacturer’s representative was and it did not take him long to realize that this was his calling. Bob became a manufacturer's representative in 1995 and spent 15 years establishing himself as an expert in this field. He was called upon by manufacturers like Tyco and Sony to evaluate product direction and present on their behalf at consultant symposiums and strategic opportunities nationally.
 

Melanie Peach – Vice President

Melanie has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from UMass Lowell.  She spent 10+ years as an mutual fund accountant for Investors Bank & Trust. Due to her strong work ethic, she was promoted quickly to a management position, overseeing 7 fund accountants and as many as 15 mutual funds, including complex global funds.  One of her responsibilities in her management role was to develop and teach a company-wide training program for their HASTAX system. Before joining REP Marketing Solutions, Inc., she held the position of office manager for a security systems integrator.  In this role, Melanie provided customer service, sales support, billing, accounts receivable collections, and order entry and tracking.
